Solutions implemented included translation and design considerations for French Canadian, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese. Designed, developed, and implemented WBT and help system for Gas Operations using RoboHelp, Captivate, and Lectora resulting in reduced service call errors, reduced dropped calls, and compliance with Michigan Public Service Commission standards.
