  Designed, developed, and implemented WBT and help system for Gas Operations using RoboHelp, Captivate, and Lectora resulting in reduced service call errors, reduced dropped calls, and compliance with Michigan Public Service Commission standards. Other responsibilities included facilitating Flash skills workshops and troubleshooting existing Flash-based courses.

  Provided direction regarding product development and branding of proprietary EPSS and conducted formal needs analysis, design and development of performance interventions for students of the Engineering College.

  Led the analysis, design, and development of performance solutions focused on using the SCT Banner2000 system and WSU business practices. The solutions resulted university-wide budget savings and an expedited implementation. Also responsible for management of subsystem projects and delivery of instructor-led training across the organization.

  Assisted in analysis, design and development of courseware using Lectora following a formal process for the Engineering College at General Motors University. Courseware incorporated instructor-led, web assisted, and self-study materials which improved robotic sealant applications in production facilities across North America.
